Well, being a fan of Family Guy I had certain expectations of the Family Guy Pinball Game. I'm actually such a fan that I can quote just about every episode ever made. I just adore the twisted humor that the show has. Now, being such a fan of the show I was a little concerned that I would be disappointed with pinball machine. I'm really pleased that this wasn't the case.

The maker, Stern, did a really good job on this one. It incorporates the story lines and characters of the show with the play field seamlessly.
The audio & animations of the game are nothing short of hysterical. It is easily the funniest pinball machine that I have ever played. I actually lost concentration a couple of times while I was playing it, just simply because I was laughing uncontrollably. It's even the kind of game you could have a blast just watching someone else play. There is just such a great variety of audio clips that they seem to never end.
However, if adult humor is something you might find offensive, you should stay away from this pin and/or the show. You'll probably be offended by some of the things that are mentioned. If you don't find it offensive, then I'm sure you're already a fan of the show.
I was very surprised that the game was much more difficult than I thought it would be. I know just looking at the machine, it doesn't look difficult at all. But it takes a while for players to get used to the feel of the pin.
But overall, the game is a winner.
